The 2008 raffle is a VACATION-FEST!

This year's prizes:

Four-day Royal Caribbean cruise departing from Florida or California, including roundtrip airfare for two

Value: $3,000; trip must be taken by December 15, 2009.

One-week vacation on Singer Island, Florida, in a two-bedroom beachfront condominium

Value: $1,500; contact owner to arrange dates.

 

 

One-week vacation in Williamsburg, Virginia, in a two-bedroom condominium near Colonial Williamsburg, Historic Jamestowne, and Busch Gardens amusement park

Value: $1,500; available 4th of July week

  • The drawing will be held on November 21 at ASCP's 2008 Annual Meeting and Exhibition in New Orleans.
  • Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
Raffle ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Foundation, and the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy are ineligible to enter the raffle or win a prize.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the drawing is cancelled by the ASCP Foundation. Tickets will be mailed to purchasers upon verification of payment.
To be included in the drawing, all raffle entries must be processed no later than 5:00 pm, November 21, 2008. A random drawing will be held November 21, 2008, during the "Here's to ASCP Party" at the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. Winning ticket holders do not need to be present to win. All prizewinners will be notified.
The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of tickets sold.
Winners will be responsible to pay federal and state income tax on the retail value of the prizes.
