Mission

The mission of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists Foundation is to foster appropriate, effective, and safe medication use in older persons. The ASCP Foundation provides leadership, innovation, and expertise in medicines and aging to seniors and those who care for them. The unique focus of the ASCP Foundation is the development, integration, and application of knowledge regarding medication use in the senior population and the practice of senior care pharmacy to optimize health care outcomes.

Guidelines that provide pharmacists and pharmacies with recommendations for making important medication information accessible for patients with vision loss, and serve as a resource for persons with vision loss and organizations serving them

The Fleetwood Toolkit
The Fleetwood Toolkit provides information about the ASCP Foundation’s Fleetwood Project research initiative, including intervention tools and reprints of relevant articles.


A consumer-focused resource for practical information to help older adults and their caregivers make the best use of medicines to live a healther and more productive life.
